Back to School!
It was back to school for my son this week, and he seemed to do okay with the whole Pre-K thing. Here's him all uniformed up for the big day.On the bead front, I've got these adorable puffy hearts created by weaving Swarovski crystals. The puffy heart is attached to a Sterling Silver phone/purse cords for sparkling display. I've got my pink puffy heart dangling from my purse. Will try to post a few up for sale this weekend, but some are already spoken for.

Well, the weekend is over and so is the two long days of updating to post all the new bead goodies. Actually, I still have two more bracelets, but they'll have to wait for the next round of posting. So what do you all think about the new goodies? Alot of cutesy things huh? Hope you see something you like!

Gosh, the summer is almost over. Marshall goes back to school in two weeks...Big Boy is going to pre-K. He goes to a private school St. Mark's, which requires the kids to wear uniforms, yes, even the pre-K guys. So I just finished spending about $400 on all his clothes (got jackets and shoes too)...wallet ouch!
Oh, got lots of bead stuff going on...18, yes 18 new items to post to the website! I basically spent my entire Sunday taking pictures of everything, and I'm sure I'll be spending hours getting them posted too. Think I'll have to split-up the loot into two postings. There will be bracelets, pendants, a jewelry set, phone/purse cords, bead pens, and pandora/biagi dangles...whew! The new items won't be up on the website until probably the weekend or early next week, since I'm working the next two days (and my brain is usually fried when I get home).

Hi you all! Sorry it's been such a long time since my last update blog. Hope everyone is having a fun summer! No big traveling plans for us here, especially since I started working part-time, my spare time seems to be more spare.
I've been working on a bunch of new jewelry pieces, some for custom requests, so I'll be getting those up on the website soon. Nothing much going on around here this weekend, just taking it easy. I wanted to get hubby the Wii game thingie, but hesitated because that's alot of money to drop on a video game. Does anyone have one, and how do you like it? Anyway, I just got hubby the usual golf shirts for Father's Day, and Marshall made some really cute crafts, so he'll get that too. Hope all the Fathers are having a relaxing day.
Marshall has been going to Summer Camp at his school, which is going great, and he's been having non-stop fun fun fun. He's doing swimming, crafts, cooking, gymnastics, sports, computers, and fields trips. How are your summers going? Have safe travels if any of you are taking vacations.
Being military, we have to get used to moving around every three to five years (sometimes more often), which can be rough on saying goodbye to friends. Our good friends, The Narayans left for San Antonio, and The Williams are leaving for Madigan AMC, we'll miss you...take care and keep in touch!

Is everyone enjoying their weekend?
We just got back from Seattle,WA. It was a fun trip, but it's always nice to be home sleeping in your own bed. We had a chance to eat some yummy foods in WA. Dungeness crab rolls at Lowell's of Pikes Market, sushi at Yama, dim sum at Noble Court, and Dungeness crab melts at SkyCity/Space Needle.
Don't forget about the Mother's Day Sale going on! It's a great chance to get a wonderful gift of beautiful handmade glass jewelry for your Mom and/or yourself!

Good morning!
How was your Easter? We took a road trip to the Inn of the Mountain Gods in New Mexico. It was a very nice hotel, but we didn't get to gamble in their casino (since my son is only 4). On the way to the hotel we stopped at the White Sands National Monument. That place is too cool...a definite recommendation from me. Don't forget to buy a sliding saucer and find a steep sand dune. Sunglasses are a must too since the white sands get really bright and sunny. Have fun!
On the beading front, nothing new right now. I'm working on doing some Pandora/Biagi Glass Dangles. I've got cupcakes, flower beads, baby ducks, and yummy cake slices to dangle from your Pandora bracelets. Haven't heard of the Pandora Jewelry yet? Oh man, they're wicked popular, and even the celebrities are wearing them. So check back soon for my glass dangles.

Did everyone have a nice weekend? Saturday was fun for us, since my son's best friend and his parents came over for a day of rockets and grilling. It was a tad bit windy for shooting-off rockets...but of course that's not going to stop Hubby. One of the bigger rockets took a wild ride (guess the wind got hold of it), but the smaller rockets went soaring with no problems.
Well, not much going on the jewelry front. Will have some new pieces coming up soon, hopefully before the Easter Sale.
And just a short note to let you know I put My Lampwork Beads up available on the website again.

Hi folks! Sorry it's taking me sooo long to do blog updates. I still haven't received the new Dell computer yet, but it should be sometime this week. Then I will be back up and running. Right now, doing any small changes to the website it a huge task. (Ugh!)
Hopefully, if I don't have anymore computer problems and the photo studio works (crossing all fingers and toes), there will be at least eight new bracelets. You've just got to see the bracelets with heart-shaped lampwork beads, they're super cute and perfect for Valentine's Day! Plus, I'll be running a Valentine's Day Sale starting January 31st. OMG! Sooo Sorry for not updating for the past month!
Hope everyone had happy holidays!
It was a super busy holiday for us, with hosting a Christmas party and having my parents over. Oh, and it didn't help that my Dell computer went kapooie, and after multiple attempts to get it working properly, Dell is just sending me a brand new laptop (thank goodness for warranties huh?).
Today is the last day of the Holiday Sale.

Did everyone have a nice Thanksgiving? Now...are you ready for Christmas? I've been shopping early this year, and pretty much online because I'm totally not the crowd-type. Sometimes the few extra dollars for shipping is worth the time and hassle of driving around. Anyway, good luck on your Christmas shopping.

Just a quick note to let you all know that I'm going to have new My Lampwork Beads by Friday...no promises though.
There will be about ten bead sets and it's going to take me a good amount of time to get it all ready for posting. This is the most time consuming part...yuck :P .

Well, I finally got my photo studio set-up, and am slowly getting back into the lampwork jewelry swing of things. Hopefully, I'll get to those lampwork bead sets posted soon...if theres not another house matter to deal with (crossing my fingers).
Is everyone getting ready for Halloween? Got my son's costume already, I always plan on buying it months in advance since the prices seem to sky-rocket in October. My son is going to be an Astronaut this year. Got this great quality astronaut suit and helmet from Amazon for about $80...I know thats alot, but I figure he can play astronaut dress-up even after Halloween. Will make sure to post a picture of him around Halloween time.

Good Morning, hope you all had nice weekends. I did manage to order drapes for two rooms of the house, now only seven more to go...ugh! After dealing with all these house matters for the past two months, I'm just burnt to a crisp. Another house project, the outdoor water fountain is getting put in today, which will be nice, but OMG...more house matters!
