FAQ's

How do I get my wrist size? What if I like a bracelet not in my size? TOP

The best way to get your wrist size is with a tape measure.  If you don't have one handy, use a string or ribbon to wrap around your wrist, and measure it with a ruler.  I usually recommend a bracelet 1/4-1/2" larger than your wrist to accomodate putting the toggle on.
If you see a bracelet you really like, but is not in your size, Contact Me and I can re-design any bracelet to fit you.

What types of payment do you accept? TOP
I accept Paypal, Cashier's check, and money orders.  Personal checks can be accepted from family, friends, and established customers, please Contact Me before ordering.  If you plan on paying by Cashier's check or money order, please complete your order transaction, and I will contact you with the mailing address to send payment to.

What is your return policy? TOP
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of delivery date.  Returns should be mailed (insured) back to me in their original condition within 10 days of delivery date.  If you choose not to insure your packages, I cannot be held responsible for damages or items lost in transit.  Your purchase will be refunded less shipping charges as soon as the item is returned to me.

How will my jewelry arrive? TOP
Your jewelry purchase will arrive ready for gift-giving.  Each jewelry piece is kept in a thick quality 4mil airtight baggie, which is then placed in a sheer pouch.  This pretty jewelry pouch goes into a glossy black box tied with pink satin ribbon and tiny pink flower.  If the jewelry piece is over $200, the jewelry pouch is instead placed into an elegant black velvet hinged-box, along with a free ultra soft jewelry polishing cloth gift.  This free polishing cloth gift will also arrive with every order over $200.

What is SRAJD? TOP

SRAJD stands for Self-Representing Artist Jewelry Designer.  Being a member of this organization validates all their jewelry was designed and created by them.  There is a distinct difference between artists trying to sell thier own creation versus middlemen trying to make a buck off of slave labor and/or assembly-line craftsmanship.  When you purchase from an SRAJD authorized seller, you are buying directly from and supporting the artist.  Look for this logo whenever you buy custom handcrafted jewelry.

What does 14K/20 gold-filled mean and how does it differ from gold-plated? TOP

14K/20 gold-filled means an item is created with 14K gold equaling 5% or 1/20th of the entire weight of the piece.  This differs from gold-plated items since those items only have a very thin layer (seven-millionths of an inch).  14K/20 gold-filled items will remain gold for a lifetime if cared for properly.

Is it okay for my child to wear your jewelry? TOP
I do not recommend the use of jewelry for young children.  Use with caution- small parts can pose a choking hazard.  Please keep your little ones safe.
